C.A.R.S., Inc. has quarterly training seminars for the Finance Department Managers as well as Compliance Seminars.  Training classes are provided that are designed specifically for the dealers Sales Consultants on the basics of selling cars and Service Advisors on the proper way to upsell, set appointments and menu selling.  For CSI and Process Improvement we provide a seminar for Sales, Service and Parts personnel with an over view of how important CSI is and an action plan of how to get higher scores.
