HISTORY

C.A.R.S., Inc. was Incorporated in 2002 by Gary Foster, its current President.  Mr. Foster has had over 30 years experience in the Automobile business, ranging from Sales, F & I Managements to General Manager of several dealerships.

Mr. Foster also was largely responsible for the growth of several large F & I Development companies in the United States and was invoved in establishing new business as well as the majority of the training of F & I personnel at the dealerships.

Mr. Foster has grown C.A.R.S., Inc. from ground zero to today having over 40 dealerships primarily located in the greater Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs areas.  C.A.R.S., Inc. also has dealers in Montana, Utah, Arizona and Virginia.  The expansion is in large part to the expertise afforded by Mr. Foster and his commitment to dealer/customer satisfaction, not only with him, his company, but the products and training that he gives.

C.A.R.S., Inc. started as, and is currently, an F & I Development Company, providing services to the Automobile Incustry.  C.A.R.S., Inc. provides its dealers with various products such as Vehicle Service Contracts, GAP Insurance, LA & H Insurance, Theft Protection Insurance, Paint Protection Insurance and our own Maintenance Guard prepaid maintenance program that is very unique in the industry.  Most all of the programs, excluding Maintenance Guard, are backed by First Colonial/Allstate Insurance Companies.

The acceptance and success of our Maintenance Guard program has been phenomenal and has grown faster than anticipated in the 16 months since its inception.  We have recently contracted to have a new Web-Site, with reporting information available to our Maintenance Guard Dealers on-line.  Our current Web-Site is being put into an "Under Construction" mode until the new one is up and running within the next 2 - 4 weeks.
